Our Company

N & J Dahl Air-conditioning & Heating Contractors established in Canberra in 1990. Originally a small Electrical & Plumbing Business, N & J Dahl has now grown into a large Mechanical Contracting Business employing some 30 local staff.

Nick Dahl still remains as the managing Director of the Dahl Group, ensuring the unique relationship between N & J Dahl and all clients. Tania Dahl also works within the Dahl group of companies.

N & J Dahl is a full mechanical contractor operating solely in the Canberra construction market.

Our team allows us to be able to design and construct all facets of HVAC industry, ranging from single domestic dwellings to multi storey apartment developments. Having such diverse and extensive service available to clients allows the Dahl Group to provide a full and flexible package to our clients. This in turn ensures ownership and projects delivered on time and under budget N & J Dahl owns and operates a large commercial premises in Hume.

N & J Dahl is an authorized Daikin dealer, and has been awarded SUPER DEALER OF THE YEAR every year since 2003. N & J Dahl remains the largest Dealer in the entire Canberra and surrounding area.

Our People

The company’s success has been built by being able to provide all levels of service in house. Our construction team is headed by site managers, designers and estimators. All administrative and accounting services are also provided in house.

N & J Dahl prides itself for maintaining a safe workplace for all employees within the Dahl group of companies. We are able to provide information, training and supervision on all our sites. N & J Dahl is committed to risk management and employs a full time Health and safety representative ensuring a high standard of workplace safety is adhered to.
